West system is fine. Using a hole saw is what was used at the factory for drilling the thru-hull holes thru kevlar or glass hulls :)

I
am replacing my transducers and the new ones
are larger than the old ones. I used the West System before on a similar
project for a different boat, but wanted to see if there was any considerations
for dealing with the Kevlar Hull. I also need to repair a small gouge to the
bottom. Again I am thinking of using the West System.
